I’ll be pretty busy this week so I don’t know if I’ll be able to post foods consistently . I did get to see my roommate Ally from college last night (HI ALLY)! I plan on asking Ally to write a guest post. Even though she works a full-time job, she still finds time to balance fun and fitness (she plays soccer AND volleyball in a coed league). I’m super impressed by her time-management skills. How do you guys balance work, fitness and fun?
