I went to TJ’s this afternoon and purchased a bunch of tasty and delicious food + hand sanitizer (can’t live without that!).
I had been snacking on the Veggie Sticks and Wheat Crisps all afternoon, so I wasn’t in the mood for a lot of food at dinner. I decided to make Angela’s salt and vinegar chickpeas.
I had to substitute Asian vinegar for regular vinegar bc I was running out of ingredients
Yum!
The chickpeas turned out super awesome! I also made corn on the cob.
I was going to slather the corn with Earth Balance and a spice rub, but I decided to preserve the integrity of the corn and eat it plain. I think fresh corn is one of my favorite foods.
Anyways, I was in a bad mood this afternoon so I decided to clean my room. I hate using regular dusters so I usually cut a swifter sheet in half and use it instead.
This works surprisingly well!
I find that when I am feeling sad or stressed, cleaning is very therapeutic. Is anyone else in the same boat?
In college when my stress level was really high, my room was always clean, neat and organize. Cleaning my room helped me relax before a big exam.
