I am currently in the midst of writing my vegan pie crust recipe but I had to share some pictures from last night!  First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SARA!  Since she’s a LOST fanatic, she wanted to have her birthday party on the same day as the LOST finale.  The party was at her sister Rebecca’s house and we all got lei’d .

Sara and I also made a strawberry and rhubarb pie earlier in the day to bring over.

I had a mini crises as I was making the pie crust because the kitchen was so hot that I had a lot of trouble rolling the crust out despite refrigerating the dough for a few hours beforehand.  The cries was averted when I stuck the dough in the freezer for about an hour.  Whew!  Anyways, I’ve gotta finish up the recipe.  I took a bazillion pictures and need to figure out which ones to use.
